- Fixed a bug where the price in the proposals was rounded in the services list and the prices on the totals page were not showing both digits of the decimal price.
- Added information that helps the admin figure out what the user/admin/full access privileges mean.
- Changed history system to reflect the user name at the moment in time when an action has been tracked, even if the user name is changed in the future.
